In the year since the release of Tyler Durden’s breakout film, A Billion Little Stars, the actor has been busy with projects and ventures.
Durden is now a co-founder of Tyler Childwear, which he co-founded with his wife, Taylor Durden.
He recently opened his own clothing line, Childwarp, which has garnered some buzz for its colorful, retro and stylish designs.
Childwars website boasts a “100% positive, unbiased review” from The New York Times, but Durden told Business Insider that his company has been a little bit “too quiet” since his film hit theaters.
“When we first started [Childwarp], I thought we were going to get it a little more attention than we have.
But, we have a little over a year of experience and we’re very excited about what we’re doing,” he said.
In an interview with Business Insider, Durden said that Tyler is not solely focused on the film industry. “
I think we’re just a little too quiet about what’s going on in the world.”
In an interview with Business Insider, Durden said that Tyler is not solely focused on the film industry.
“The business of making clothes is pretty broad,” he explained.
“They’re also doing a lot of clothing in the arts and in fashion.
I think that’s a pretty wide spectrum of things.”
He also explained that Childwar is not necessarily an indie film company.
“A lot of it is just being a small company with a very clear vision,” he added.
“It’s really been a fun ride.
We’re really happy with what we’ve been able to do.”
Tyler has been featured in a variety of different publications including The New Yorker, Vogue, The Wall Street Journal, The Huffington Post, and The Verge.
The company recently released a range of clothing featuring its signature colors and designs.
“If we have to choose between being a kid’s fashion label or a kid-friendly clothing brand, I think I’d go with the kid-centered label,” Durden added.
